1. ADHD Daily Planner

Among some of the symptoms associated with ADHD is having a hard time staying organized, managing time, and keeping up to date with out appointments. (WebMD)

If you are like me, I sometimes can’t even remember what I had for breakfast, or even if I had breakfast.

I can go a whole day with one single glass of water or forget completely to eat (especially when I’m focused on a task).

This is where a planner comes in.

It’s more than just writing down what you have to do on any specific day.

You can use a planner for so much more.

Like keeping your dietary goals in check, or like me: making sure I’m drinking enough water.

Here are a few great options for ADHD Daily Planner – List Pad Form:

1. Taja Store – To Do List Pad. If you are someone that likes (or needs) to use pen and paper then this list pad is perfect for you! It is a great ADHD friendly planner, easy to use.

Not only does it give you the option to make a list, but has different boxes that include things like “top 3 priorities”, “for tomorrow”, and “don’t forget”.

Allowing you to prioritize what you need to get done in categories and therefore not bunching everything together.

Making it more organized and therefore less stressful and overwhelming.

2. Zicoto – Simplified To Do List Notebook. This one is a more evolved version of the first option, including a water intake tracker, meal tracking, and health & fitness goals.

The pages are not dates, which is a HUGE plus.

No pages wasted.

And it fits perfectly in your purse or bag, so you can easily take it with you to work, school, wherever you need to be.

If you are someone that needs a daily planner but also be able to organize your week & month, then these are great options for you.

1. Anecdote – Daily , Weekly, and Monthly Planner. This is a fan favorite. Undated pages, high quality paper (Earth friendly materials & No bleed), and an excellent craftsmanship that gives it that high-end feel.

I personally love that you have a wide selections of colors to choose from!

2. Taja Store – Undated Weekly Planner. This is a hard cover small notebook that fits perfectly in your purse or backpack. The pages are undated and includes a habit tracker and notes section which is ideal!

A great option as an ADHD student planner.

3. Magnetic Planners For Your Kitchen

Magnetic Planners For Your Kitchen

For those that also suffer from the classic “Out of Sight, Out of Mind” phenomenon.

To work around my ADHD object permanence.

I keep different planners and visual cues to remind me of what I need to remember.

Especially when it comes to my kids appointments and things of that nature.

Here are two great options to choose from:

1. AITEE Acrylic Magnetic Monthly and Weekly Calendar for Fridge. If you like the acrylic look, then this is a great choice. You can order both, the monthly and weekly calendar or each separately.

Dry erase boards are a great way to stay organized without wasting too much paper.

I guess we can say it’s Eco-friendly? 🙂

2. Pubell Magnetic Fridge Calendar. If you’re more into the whiteboard look, then this is the one for you! It comes in a pack of three, getting the monthly, weekly, and a shopping list. This is very useful, especially when meal planning.

Another useful thing to add is color coordination!

I have a specific color for each member of the family.

It makes looking at the planner a lot easier to read, and also cuter. 🙂

4. ADHD Digital Planner

For those that find it easier to sync everything and have everyone in the family “connected”, then this is a great option for you!

1. Skylight Calendar: 15 inch Digital Calendar. This digital display of your families calendar is a great way to stay organized and it does not matter if some of the members are iphone users and others are android. The device has an app to download (for FREE) and is compatible with Google Calendar, iCloud Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Cozi, and Yahoo.

This makes for a one of the best digital planner for ADHD.

It also works like a digital picture frame.

Not only are you keeping yourself organized, but it is also a cute way to see your family pics and videos be displayed in your home.

What more could you ask for!

5. Bonus: Free Digital Download Planner Template

Here is a PDF ready to print with a daily, weekly, and monthly planner template you can use along with a meal planner and habit tracker.

It’s all undated so you can print as many copies as you need!

Hope you enjoy!

Well that depends on your style!

Are you a pen to paper or more of a tech person? What do you feel more comfortable with?

I’m a pen to paper kind of gal! Loooooove buying stationary! An adiction 🙂

so I have a daily planner, a kitchen one, and sticky notes everywhere.

But that’s me.
